"I recently ran my tire beyond a safe standard and the next thing I knew the tire had gone from having a slight amount of tread to showing the core. Needless to say I was panicking and needed a tire in a hurry. I phoned around and was getting the usual array of answers I anticipated. Most placed didn't have tires in stock and would take a day or two to get them. It was Friday and I couldn't wait until Monday as I was stranded on the I-90 heading back to Ontario with 6 other guys.
Thank you very much for having tires in stock, being able to squeeze me in for the service and most of all, thank you ALL very much for such great customer service. I was treated as if I were a loyal customer who had returned a thousand times, not a stupid rider who had allowed his tire to go way past the wear bars and was still driving. You guys got me in immediately and an hour and a half later I was out heading home with the rest of the group. Everyone talked about what great service and treatment we received from Herba Motor.
So, simply put, I just want to thank you all very much for having sufficient stock to deal with emergencies, having a great staff who made the whole matter seem routine and welcomed us as if we were family. John Gurga is a nice man and please pass on my thanks for his great customer service.
Thank you all and I assure you, I now know where to go if I need anything when I'm in the Amsterdam area for any reason. Seven of us travel twice a year and you just never know when we'll need something and Herba Motor will be our first thought. Thanks again

"As a first time owner of a motorcycle I was sceptical of bringing my older bike to a dealer to be serviced due to past experiences with other types of dealers. When I dropped off my '93 Katana and told them all I wanted done I was treated very respectful. The staff was very polite. I dropped the bike off on a Saturday for a Wednesday appointment. They had my Bike in a day before and gave me a call and told me a price and then recommended what I should get done first then what to get done a few weeks later. John (service) explained everything thoroughly as to what had to be done and gave prices for everything. Jim (parts) is always very helpful and polite. He also finds parts for 3 different prices and asks what one I would want to go with. My over all experience with Herba Motor Company was exceptional and would recommend them to everyone. "
